Deck overview

This Jeskai deck leverages partner commanders The Tenth Doctor and Rose Tyler to create an aggressive suspend and time-manipulation engine. The Tenth Doctor exiles and suspends spells from the top of the library upon attacking, while Rose Tyler scales in power with every time counter across permanents and suspended cards. Accelerated by time-travel spells like Dust of Moments and All of History, All at Once, the deck quickly casts heavy payoffs like Dinosaurs on a Spaceship without paying mana costs while triggering paradox damage via Passionate Archaeologist and Quintorius Kand. With efficient removal, evasion equipment, and board protection like Everybody Lives!, the deck transitions smoothly from early mana setup into an overwhelming combat and burn clock.
