Deck overview

Captain N'ghathrod leads a Dimir mill deck that wins by emptying all three libraries at once. The primary plan is to find Bruvac the Grandiloquent and pair it with a kicked Maddening Cacophony, which mills every opponent out. Secondary paths use Horror combat with Captain to mill and reanimate stolen creatures, Phenax to turn high-toughness Horrors into mill outlets, and The Mindskinner to convert unblockable damage into mass mill. Bruvac is the hidden commander: the deck is built around his doubling effect even though he sits in the 99. Captain provides menace, repeatable mill, and end-step theft, but the fastest wins do not require him.
