Deck overview

The Mindskinner is a mono-blue mill deck built around turning combat damage into library-mill triggers. Its hidden engine is Bruvac the Grandiloquent, who doubles every mill effect and makes half-library effects into one-shot kills. The main plan is to resolve Bruvac, then use Maddening Cacophony, Fleet Swallower, or The Mindskinner's unblockable combat triggers to empty all libraries. Grindstone plus Painter's Servant provides a deterministic mill loop that does not require the commander. Counterspells, bounce, and protection equipment keep the key pieces safe. The deck has several overlapping combo lines, so it can often pivot from combat pressure to a two-card kill depending on what it draws.
