Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Choco, Seeker of Paradise leads a Bird tribal landfall deck. The primary plan is to flood the board with cheap Birds and token makers, attack with a large flock, use Choco's attack trigger to dig up and put extra lands into play, and let Traveling Chocobo double every landfall trigger. Emeria Angel and Chocobo Racetrack turn those lands into more Birds; Sazh's Chocobo and Black Chocobo turn them into stats. Sazh Katzroy is a hidden tutor/engine for key Birds. The deck usually wins through a single large flying combat step, using Murmuration, Kangee, Empyrean Eagle, or Akroma's Will to break through. There is no infinite combo; the plan is incremental landfall pressure with strong draw and recursion.
