Deck overview

This Edgar Markov deck is an aggressive Mardu tribal swarm strategy that exploits the Eminence ability to create free 1/1 Vampire tokens with every Vampire spell cast. By curving out with low-mana Vampires on early turns, the deck rapidly establishes a wide board presence without expending extra mana. It converts this token swarm into lethal pressure using tribal lords like Stromkirk Captain and Legion Lieutenant, massive power multipliers like Shared Animosity, and attack-step drain engines like Sanctum Seeker. When opponents manage to assemble blockers or contest the board, aristocrats pieces such as Blood Artist and Cruel Celebrant turn creature deaths into direct life loss. High-impact asymmetric sweepers like Olivia's Wrath and Crippling Fear clear opposing boards while keeping the Vampire army intact, and phase-out protection from Clever Concealment shields the team from incoming board wipes.
