Deck overview

This list is a high-speed Temur combo-control deck that pairs efficient stack interaction with compact, game-ending lines. While Kalamax, the Stormsire provides a potent resource engine by copying instant-speed interaction and card draw on opposing turns, the deck's primary objective is assembling a decisive two-card combo. The chief win line pairs Twinflame or Molten Duplication with Dualcaster Mage to generate infinite hasty attackers on Turn 4. Backup win conditions include an Underworld Breach storm loop with Brain Freeze and Lotus Petal, as well as the combat damage loop between Malcolm, Keen-Eyed Navigator and Glint-Horn Buccaneer. Backed by an elite suite of free countermagic such as Fierce Guardianship, Deflecting Swat, and Pact of Negation, the deck safely protects its deployment while maintaining full independence from its commander to close the game.
