Commander: Kykar, Wind's Fury

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Jeskai spellslinger deck built around Kykar, Wind's Fury. The primary plan is to chain cheap noncreature spells to generate Spirit tokens, convert those tokens into red mana, and drain opponents with Guttersnipe, Coruscation Mage, Gandalf, Ral, and other magecraft payoffs. Secondary paths include buffed token combat via Balmor and Jeskai Ascendancy, and a storm-style Grapeshot finish. Kykar acts as both token generator and ritual engine; sacrificing Spirits for red mana is central to extending chains. There is no hidden commander; the deck runs multiple independent engines that support the same spellslinger archetype.
