Obeka End Turn by user1169473

Format: Commander

Commander: Obeka, Brute Chronologist

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Grixis token-permanence deck helmed by Obeka, Brute Chronologist, built entirely around the "end the turn" trick: deploy a temporary-token engine, put the "sacrifice at the beginning of the next end step" trigger on the stack, then activate Obeka to exile it - the token stays forever. The deck runs an enormous redundancy of these engines (Sneak Attack, Purphoros, Bronze-Blooded, Feldon of the Third Path, Saheeli Rai, Jaxis, the Troublemaker, Fable of the Mirror-Breaker, Flameshadow Conjuring, Mimic Vat) so that nearly every creature can be copied and kept. It wins through myriad combat - The Master, Multiplied plus Blade of Selves and myriad creatures like Elturel Survivors and Auton Soldier - backed by Terror of the Peaks pings and big haste beaters like Archon of Cruelty and Ancient Copper Dragon. The deck grinds into an overwhelming, un-sacrificable board rather than assembling a fast combo.
