Shilgengar by RinLoch

Format: Commander

Commander: Shilgengar, Sire of Famine

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is an Orzhov Angel/Shapeshifter tribal deck helmed by Shilgengar, Sire of Famine. The strategy revolves around sacrificing creatures (primarily Angels and changelings) to create Blood tokens, fueling card draw and eventually the commander's powerful reanimation ability. The deck aims to build a board of flying threats, grind out value through sacrifice and recursion, and ultimately overwhelm opponents with a mass reanimation of creatures from the graveyard, turning them into Vampires. It lacks infinite combos but has strong synergy and a potent, albeit slow, value engine in the command zone.
