Deck overview

Scion of the Ur-Dragon is a five-color Dragon toolbox rather than a single hidden commander: its {2} activation turns any important Dragon into a combat trick or reanimation target. The deck's primary plan is to ramp into Scion, dump a Dragon into the graveyard, and copy it for extra combats or double strike; recursion from Bladewing, Beacon of Unrest, and Rivaz keeps the board full. A secondary path uses Call the Spirit Dragons, which wins if five colored Dragons are present at the start of upkeep. The land base supports all five colors and many enters-tapped lands, so games are mid-speed; the plan leans on Scion as a repeatable tutor and on dragon tokens to reach the alternate-win condition.
