Commander: Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain

Deck overview

This is a blue-red artifact-value deck built around Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain and the "cast historic spells, draw cards" engine. The plan is to chain cheap artifacts, Thopter generators, and cost reducers into heavy card advantage, then convert that advantage into a win through large artifact beaters like Darksteel Colossus, Kaldra Compleat, and Cybermen Squadron backed by Forsaken Monument. Psychosis Crawler turns the Jhoira draw chain into damage, while Mechanized Production offers a slow alternate condition. The deck can cheat expensive artifacts into play with Thran Temporal Gateway, Master Transmuter, and Jhoira, Ageless Innovator, and it recycles those pieces with Scrap Trawler, Emry, Lurker of the Loch, and Scrap Mastery. It is a midrange/tempo list rather than a fast combo deck, with the commander serving as the primary source of card flow.
