Elves by Ciderryan

Format: Commander

Commander: Thranduil, the Elvenking

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

The deck builds a BUG Elf engine around Thranduil, the Elvenking, using his graveyard-activated-ability access to turn dead Elf cards into reusable mana, card draw, and drain outlets. Beyond the commander, the primary plan is to flood the board with Elf tokens and lords-Thranduil the Strategist, Dwynen, and Coat of Arms-then finish through Lifedrain with Lathril or Shaman of the Pack. The deck also uses landfall and recursion to sustain pressure. Combat and drain are the two realistic wins. The commander acts as a draw-and-recursion engine, not as the only win condition.
