C500 Magda by Steffen

Format: Commander

Commander: Magda, Brazen Outlaw

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Magda, Brazen Outlaw is the engine: cheap Dwarves tap for Treasures, and those Treasures convert into repeatable artifact/Dragon battlefield tutors. The primary plan is to accelerate into Maskwood Nexus, then use Magda to assemble the Xorn + Clock of Omens + Axgard Cavalry loop for infinite Treasures, and finish with Reckless Fireweaver and Spine of Ish Sah. A backup beatdown plan uses Vehicles, Dwarf support, and Tyrant of Kher Ridges. Magda, the Hoardmaster acts as a hidden commander, creating extra Treasures and Dragon tokens. The deck is linear, gets very explosive once the loop is assembled, but depends heavily on Magda staying on the battlefield.
