KIbo V2 by user2972059

Format: Commander

Commander: Kibo, Uktabi Prince

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Kibo, Uktabi Prince is both the engine and the payoff of this Gruul artifact-hate deck. The primary plan is to activate Kibo repeatedly, handing every player Banana tokens, then destroy those artifacts with wipes like Meltdown or Creeping Corrosion. Each opponent artifact death triggers Kibo, turning Apes and Monkeys-especially Kibo himself-into enormous threats. Secondary paths are Hellkite Tyrant's twenty-artifact alternate win and beatdown from Kogla or Cavern-Hoard Dragon. There is no hidden commander; Kogla is a supporting legendary. The deck has no infinite combo, so it wins incrementally through commander damage or a single huge Chandra's Ignition. Protection spells and counter doublers make the engine resilient, but Kibo remains a single point of failure.
