This deck is a Rabble tribal combo engine helmed by Whtz, the Bibliophile, playing 69 copies of Hare Apparent and the hold 200-card threshold that makes the commander's draw ability free. The primary game plan is to assemble Thrumming Stone and cast a single Hare Apparent - its ripple-4 chains into a huge army of 2/2 Rabbits, immediately granted haste by Crashing Drawbridge, then finished with Akroma's Will for double-strike lethal or Halo Fountain's "untap fifteen tapped creatures" win condition. Battle of Wits provides a backup victory as long as the library stays above 200 cards.
