Deck overview

This is a blisteringly fast Izzet spellslinger deck helmed by Niv-Mizzet, Parun, built around the classic Curiosity-style draw-and-burn engine. The primary game plan is to land Niv-Mizzet, attach a Curiosity or Tandem Lookout effect, and chain cantrips and rituals into an infinite draw-and-ping loop that eliminates the table. The deck is packed with redundant Magecraft payoffs like Veyran, Voice of Duality, Guttersnipe, and Electrostatic Field to convert every spell into damage, while a suite of extra-turn spells (Final Fortune, Alchemist's Gambit, Temporal Trespass) provides alternate paths to close out games. The deck is a glass-cannon combo build: it wants to resolve Niv-Mizzet, protect him with a dense suite of cheap interaction, and go off in a single explosive turn.
