Outlaws For Booty by user3731766

Format: Commander

Commander: Olivia, Opulent Outlaw

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Olivia, Opulent Outlaw leads a Mardu outlaw-treasure deck. The primary plan is to land cheap evasive outlaws, turn their combat triggers into a Treasure stockpile, and use that stockpile either for Olivia's mass pump or for Vihaan, Goldwaker's 3/3 Treasure army. Secondary paths are Exsanguinate with Goldspan Dragon's doubled Treasure mana, Wound Reflection/Bloodletter life-doubling, and Revel in Riches. Vihaan is effectively a hidden commander; Olivia is the engine but not the sole win condition. The deck is a midrange value deck that can pivot from combat to drain and has high interaction density.
