This deck is a Jeskai spellslinger and tribal strategy centered around Gandalf, Party Guest. By fielding an array of low-cost legendary Wizards, the deck scales Gandalf's combat trigger to cast high-mana instants and sorceries from hand for free without needing attack triggers. The early game establishes mana fixing and utility Wizards like Baral, Chief of Compliance, Kaza, Roil Chaser, and Kitsa, Otterball Elite. Once Gandalf enters on turn 4, the engine begins free-casting value spells and card draw.
