Ⓜ️ - Really Rielle-E (budget) by user8335076

Format: Commander

Commander: Rielle, the Everwise

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a focused Rielle, the Everwise spellslinger deck built around the classic "wheel" engine: discard your hand, draw a full grip, and turn that velocity into damage and card advantage. Rielle turns every Windfall, Wheel of Fortune, Faithless Looting, and Tolarian Winds into a massive draw spell, while Guttersnipe, Magmakin Artillerist, Sorcerer Class, and Irencrag Pyromancer convert each wheel into table-wide burn. The deck also carries a self-mill plan with Laboratory Maniac, a growing Chasm Skulker as a combat backup, and a dense counterspell suite to protect the combo turns. Games typically play out as: deploy a draw engine or cost reducer, wheel into a huge hand, cast a critical mass of instants/sorceries to burn the table, and close with direct damage or a decked library.
