Deck overview

This Jeskai aggro deck leverages Captain America, Team Leader to convert every subsequent Hero spell into an immediate, vigilant attacker buffed with +1/+1 counters. By granting haste and counters upon entry, the commander eliminates the traditional summoning sickness window for aggressive creature decks. The deck pairs this rapid deployment with potent combat-damage draw engines such as SP//dr, Piloted by Peni, Reconnaissance Mission, and Kindred Discovery to maintain full hand sizes while attacking. High-end finishers like War Machine, Avenging Arsenal provide massive damage amplification by granting double strike to all modified attackers, while Raise the Palisade clears opposing boards asymmetrically. The list includes solid protection spells like Flawless Maneuver and Teferi's Protection to safeguard its creature presence against sweepers.
