Deck overview

This Golgari deck utilizes Dina, Soul Steeper in the command zone to convert lifegain triggers into persistent life loss for all opponents. The primary game plan operates as a lifegain aristocrats engine that generates incremental advantages through creature death triggers, passive lifegain permanents, and token production. The deck can close games rapidly by assembling an infinite drain loop between Dina, Soul Steeper and Exquisite Blood or Bloodthirsty Conqueror. Once assembled, any single instance of lifegain or life loss triggers an unbounded sequence that eliminates all three opponents in the same turn. Midrange value engines like Black Market Connections, Sylvan Library, and Bolas's Citadel provide steady card velocity while converting surplus life into cards and mana. Robust removal spells such as Assassin's Trophy and The Meathook Massacre manage opposing threats and clear boards. While the deck possesses high lifegain redundancy and resilient recovery, it relies on permanent-based combos with limited stack protection.
