Commander: Tasigur, the Golden Fang

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Tasigur is a Sultai value-control deck that uses self-mill, delve, and graveyard recursion to outlast opponents. The primary plan is to cast Tasigur cheaply, activate him for repeatable card advantage, and then close with commander damage, planeswalker ultimates, or large Eldrazi. Secondary paths include Phenax mill with high-toughness creatures, Dreadhound drain, and Whip of Erebos reanimation of Void Winnower. The commander is both an early beater and a recursion engine; the hidden commander is Phenax, God of Deception, which turns the deck's toughness-heavy board into a mill win. The deck is resilient but slow, with no infinite combos and only one true finisher.
