Deck overview

This is a low-curve Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow Ninja deck built around evasive one-drops and commander ninjutsu. The normal opening is to play an unblockable or flying attacker, then put Yuriko onto the battlefield attacking on turn 2. Each successful Ninja hit draws a card and makes every opponent lose life equal to the revealed card's mana value. Later, Ingenious Infiltrator, Prosperous Thief, Silver-Fur Master, Fallen Shinobi, and Mist-Syndicate Naga increase the reward for repeated connections. Cheap counters and removal protect the tempo plan while Ponder, Preordain, Brainstorm, Lim-Dûl's Vault, and tutors improve access. The deck assembles quickly and can dominate an unprepared table, but its finish is not deterministic. It depends on combat connections, creature survival, and variable top-card mana values, so it is better at sustained pressure and card advantage than at guaranteeing a fast table kill.
