Vampires by R3NEGADEUK

Format: Commander

Commander: Edgar Markov

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Edgar Markov is a vampiric aggro-midrange deck that uses the commander's Eminence to flood the board with 1/1 tokens while a cadre of lords and lifelinkers turns the swarm into lethal damage. The primary path is a recursive, evasive combat plan; secondary wins come from life-payment combos (Sanguine Bond with Exquisite Blood, or Bloodthirsty Conqueror with Marauding Blight-Priest) and a Bloodletter/Pox Plague kill. Edgar's battlefield role is an extra anthem and haste beatstick, but the deck functions smoothly without casting him. Solid recursive pieces like Carmen, Bloodline Necromancer, and The Soul Stone help grind past removal, while almost no stack interaction leaves the deck vulnerable to opposing combo lines.
