This Izzet deck is an explosive Spellslinger Storm combo list commanded by Vivi Ornitier. Vivi functions simultaneously as a win condition, a cost-free mana generator, and a card-draw multiplier. The primary strategy deploys Vivi on Turn 3, enchants it with Curiosity or Ophidian Eye on Turn 4, and chains one-mana cantrips into rituals. Because Vivi deals 1 damage to each opponent whenever you cast a noncreature spell, Curiosity draws three cards per spell. This massive card influx fuels continuous spellcasting, while Vivi's {0} ability generates the red and blue mana necessary to sustain the storm turn.
