Deck overview

Bruvac the Grandiloquent doubles every mill effect, so half-library spells become one-shot kills. The deck plays a mono-blue control shell with incremental mill from Ruin Crab, Mesmeric Orb, Psychic Corrosion and Altar of the Brood, then finishes the table with Traumatize, Cut Your Losses, Maddening Cacophony or Fleet Swallower. Isochron Scepter with Dramatic Reversal can generate infinite untaps but needs mana rocks and has no direct outlet, so it acts as value rather than a win. Thassa's Oracle and Laboratory Maniac with Jace, Wielder of Mysteries offer an alternate self-mill win when the mill plan stalls.
