Deck overview

This is a mono-blue artifact-spellslinger deck helmed by Bilbo, Thief in the Night. Bilbo discounts spells cast from anywhere but the hand and, on attack, lets you recast an artifact, instant, or sorcery from the graveyard-turning every combat into a free recursion step. The deck layers cheap rocks and cost reducers (Etherium Sculptor, Sapphire Medallion, Glamdring, Foe-hammer) with top-deck casters (The Reality Chip, Mystic Forge, One with the Multiverse, Mm'menon, the Right Hand) and classic artifact engines (Urza, Lord High Artificer, Emry, Lurker of the Loch, Sai, Master Thopterist). Primary wins are combo: Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal into empty-library kills via Laboratory Maniac / Jace, Wielder of Mysteries, raw Enter the Infinite, or a resolved Mechanized Production. Secondary paths include thopter/Bird swarms and combat with equipped Bilbo. The plan is grindy value into a sudden combo finish rather than a pure turbo kill.
