This deck is an Orzhov lifegain and aristocrats strategy designed to drain opponents through incremental life swings before terminating the game with an infinite lifegain-drain loop. Helmed by Astarion, the Decadent, the deck uses soul sisters, extort triggers, and token generators to establish early board presence and steady life totals. Defensive pieces like Blind Obedience and Ghostly Prison blunt aggressive starts while card advantage engines like Welcoming Vampire and Morbid Opportunist replenish resources. The primary route to victory combines Exquisite Blood or Bloodthirsty Conqueror with a drain-on-gain permanent like Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose, Sanguine Bond, or Enduring Tenacity. Once both sides of the engine are active, any single instance of damage or healing triggers an unstoppable chain reaction that drains all three opponents to zero life simultaneously.
