Dina-Hulk by afelt02

Format: Commander

Commander: Dina, Soul Steeper

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Dina heads a Golgari combo deck built around Protean Hulk, not around her drain. The main plan is to accelerate into a Hulk death trigger, stack Melira, Lesser Masticore, Blood Artist, and a sacrifice outlet, then loop Masticore for infinite death/lifegain; Dina converts each lifegain into a second drain. A second infinite loop is Witherbloom Apprentice plus Chain of Smog. Dense mana dorks, rituals, and tutors assemble the combo very quickly. Commander Dina is a payoff and occasional sacrifice/pump threat, not an engine. Protean Hulk is effectively the hidden commander: most tutors and reanimation are aimed at getting Hulk into play and triggering it.
