DRAGONS by user2435458

Format: Commander

Commander: Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm is the sole commander of a dragon-tribal midrange deck. The primary plan is to ramp into Miirym, then cast Dragons to trigger her token-copy ability, producing a wide evasive board while chaining Treasures from Ganax and Rapacious Dragon. Secondary paths use haste and direct damage from Dragon Tempest, goading via Firkraag, and top-deck Dragon casting from Korlessa. Thrakkus doubles Dragon power and Crucible of Fire buffs the army for combat kills, while Dragon Tempest and enter-the-battlefield damage provide reach. The deck can still function as fair Dragon goodstuff if Miirym is never cast, but her copies are the main multiplier. Sapphire Dragon // Psionic Pulse is a modal card in the 99, not a hidden commander.
