Deck overview

This deck is a mono-black Zombie tribal and aristocrats strategy led by Ghoulcaller Gisa. The primary game plan revolves around playing resilient Zombie creatures, deploying Gisa, and sacrificing high-power threats to generate large swarms of 2/2 Zombie tokens. Once the board is established, the deck overwhelms opponents through combat attacks boosted by tribal lords and Coat of Arms, or through indirect life drain using aristocrat payoffs like Ayara, First of Locthwain, Bastion of Remembrance, and Gray Merchant of Asphodel. The deck features powerful asymmetric board control engines in Grave Pact and Noxious Ghoul, which repeatedly clear opposing creatures as Zombies enter and die. Although the deck lacks stack interaction and proactive protection spells, its deep card draw engines and extensive graveyard recursion allow it to rebuild quickly after disruption.
