Deck overview

Selvala, Explorer Returned is the deck's engine: she provides mana, card draw, and life gain whenever she taps, and the deck is built to untap her repeatedly. The primary plan is to land Selvala early, chain untap spells to draw through the deck and float large amounts of green mana, then convert that advantage into a compact combo kill. The main finish is Heliod, Sun-Crowned plus Walking Ballista, with backup infinite-mana lines involving Devoted Druid + Swift Reconfiguration or an Elf mana druid + Umbral Mantle. Tutors and Smothering Tithe accelerate assembly, while life-gain payoffs like Archangel of Thune and Exemplar of Light turn incidental life into a large board. Finale of Devastation offers a haste-overrun alternate win.
