Shenanigans by Smiggy

Format: Commander

Commander: Loki, God of Lies

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Loki, God of Lies is a mono-red spellslinger that uses single-target cantrips and pump spells to steal the best creature on board, untap it, and send it in with haste. The main path is a theft-voltron kill via Temur Battle Rage, Bulk Up, and Fists of Flame. A robust secondary burn plan uses Guttersnipe, Coruscation Mage, Longshot, and Ashling to turn every cheap spell into global damage, while Rionya, Fire Dancer acts as the hidden commander and alternate engine by creating hasty token copies. A storm finish with Grapeshot and Past in Flames ties the lines together. The deck is low to the ground, interactive for mono-red, and capable of both quick commander damage and broad burn.
