Deck overview

A U/W fliers-and-control deck built around Isperia the Inscrutable's combat tutor. Each Isperia hit can search up a flying creature, so the commander is both card advantage and consistency. The main plan is to stall with counters and removal, deploy Sphinxes with cost reduction, and win through evasive beats; the dedicated finisher is Atemsis, All-Seeing, whose damage trigger kills a player when the hand has six different mana values. A secondary grind line uses Medomai extra turns and Windreader Sphinx draws. The deck has no true hidden commander, but everything is aimed at making Atemsis connect repeatedly.
