Deck overview

This deck is a Sultai big-mana midrange strategy built around Zaxara, the Exemplary. The game plan centers on ramping into Zaxara on turn 4, then using its mana ability to fuel high-cost X-spells that draw cards, answer opposing boards, and generate massive Hydra tokens. As the game develops, mana multipliers like Unbound Flourishing, Mana Reflection, and Virtue of Strength scale Hydra sizes into double digits. The deck wins by overwhelming opponents through trample combat, unblockable swings with Open into Wonder, or surprise lethal infect with Tainted Strike and Phyresis. While it lacks infinite combos and specific tutors, it sustains momentum through massive burst card draw spells such as Pull from Tomorrow and Hydroid Krasis.
