Deck overview

This Orzhov deck is built to use Squall, SeeD Mercenary as a lone-attacker voltron engine. Squall's double-strike ability turns any solitary attacker into a commander-damage threat, while his combat-damage recursion buys back cheap permanents. The primary plan is to suit up Squall (or a second lone attacker) with evasion and protection, attack alone, and end via commander damage. A secondary life-gain/drain package (Suture Priest, Zulaport Cutthroat, Underworld Coinsmith, Harsh Sustenance) can close games if combat stalls. No hidden commander exists; Squall is the only build-around. The deck is slow and threat-light, but it can grind value through Squall's recursion, especially when Gift of Immortality or equipment are returned between hits.
