Deck overview

This deck is a competitive Gruul turbo-combo build centered on quickly casting Etali, Primal Conqueror. It leverages hyper-efficient ramp, zero-to-one mana accelerators, and explosive rituals like Treasonous Ogre and Geosurge to deploy Etali as early as Turn 2 or 3. Upon entry, Etali steals and casts nonland spells from all four players' libraries without paying mana costs. The deck compounds this advantage by cloning Etali with cheap copy spells like Twinflame, Molten Duplication, and Heat Shimmer, triggering repeated waves of free spells. For a deterministic finish, the list integrates compact two-card infinite combos: Food Chain with Squee, the Immortal provides infinite creature mana to exile every opponent's library with Etali, while Dualcaster Mage plus Twinflame generates infinite hasty attackers. Backed by cheap protection like Deflecting Swat, Veil of Summer, and Pyroblast, the deck presents lethal, same-turn win attempts with remarkable speed and resilience.
