Deck overview

Commissar Severina Raine is a wide-token drain deck: the commander turns each attack into a miniature Extort for every other attacker, while the rest of the deck generates as many Soldier-token attackers as possible. Myrel, Shield of Argive is the hidden engine-one untap with a modest board often triples it-and Basri Ket, Launch the Fleet, Company Commander, and Horn of Gondor create explosive same-combat armies. Anthems (Intangible Virtue, Flowering of the White Tree, Captain of the Watch) and indestructible effects push through damage and survive wipes. Secondary paths include grindy value via Summary Execution, Dawn of Hope, Mentor of the Meek, Celestine recursion, and Elspeth tokens. It cannot combo; it wins by overwhelming the table with attacking Soldiers and the commander's drain.
