Vivi by user1116595

Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Vivi Ornitier deck wins by casting many cheap noncreature spells to grow Vivi and trigger pingers that deal damage to each opponent. Vivi adds mana equal to its power once per turn and deals 1 to each opponent per spell, so it acts as both mana engine and drain. Support pingers like Guttersnipe, Electrostatic Field, Kessig Flamebreather and Coruscation Mage multiply each spell into 4-6 damage, while token makers Young Pyromancer, Third Path Iconoclast and Saheeli build board presence. The secondary win is the Niv-Mizzet, Parun + Curiosity (or Tandem Lookout) infinite draw-damage loop, with Grapeshot and Brain Freeze as storm outlets. Niv-Mizzet functions as a hidden commander for the combo finish.
