This is an Orzhov aristocrats deck built around Felisa, Fang of Silverquill's ability to convert dying, counter-laden nontoken creatures into swarms of flying Inkling tokens. The plan layers +1/+1-counter enablers (Cathars' Crusade, The Ozolith, Rosie Cotton of South Lane) with dense sacrifice outlets and a classic drain package (Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, Cruel Celebrant, Bastion of Remembrance, The Meathook Massacre).
