Deck overview

This Rakdos Treasure-matters deck helmed by Smaug, Wicked Worm aims to generate explosive quantities of Treasure tokens, then convert that resource into overwhelming card advantage and win conditions. The commander's ETB creates a burst of Treasures based on opponents' artifacts, and every spell cast with Treasure mana draws a card - turning each Treasure into a cantrip. The deck supports this engine with a dense package of value creatures that produce Treasures on attack or when triggered, along with powerful payoffs: pinger drainers like Reckless Fireweaver and Mayhem Devil that bleed the table, and Aggravated Assault loops that chain extra combat steps. Big finishing dragons like Twinflame Tyrant and Terror of the Peaks provide closing power, while Magda, Brazen Outlaw acts as a repeatable tutor for the missing combo piece. The deck is a midrange value engine with a strong inevitability once it reaches critical mass.
