Commander: Gandalf, Party Guest

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Gandalf, Party Guest gives the deck a free instant or sorcery each combat, scaling with the number of legendary Wizards you control. The primary plan is to stack those Wizards early, then use the free spell to cast copy spells like Replication Technique and Rite of Replication on nonlegendary payoff creatures, especially Stormsplitter and Storm-Kiln Artist. Secondary paths lean on Thousand-Year Storm, Rionya, and Lier/Gale to chain spells and build a hasty attacking army; magecraft and prowess triggers from Adeliz, Balmor, and Valley Floodcaller convert that army into lethal trample damage. There is no hidden commander; Rionya and Thousand-Year Storm are the deck's main payoff hubs.
