Commander: Torbran, Thane of Red Fell

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a high-synergy Mono-Red deck helmed by Torbran, Thane of Red Fell, built around a **Land Destruction** shell with direct-damage payoffs. The commander doesn't just buff combat - he makes every red source (including land, enchantments, and burn) hit harder. The game plan is to land a brutal early permanent (Manabarbs, Burning Earth, Sulfuric Vortex) and then finish the table with burn and land-tax while protecting Torbran with stack interaction. It plays like a Burn/LD control hybrid: it can kill fast, but it can also run an unfair tax/prison game.
