The Gitrog Monster by BulkCheck

Format: Commander

Commander: The Gitrog Monster

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

The Gitrog Monster is a high-speed combo commander that converts land sacrifices into massive card advantage and infinite draw loops. The primary game plan accelerates mana through efficient mana dorks and dark rituals to land Gitrog by turn two or three. Once the commander resolves alongside a zero-mana discard outlet such as Putrid Imp or Wild Mongrel, the deck cycles Dakmor Salvage indefinitely. Milling lands creates surplus draw triggers while Kozilek, Butcher of Truth and Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre recycle the graveyard, allowing the player to draw the entire library. The deck converts this loop into infinite mana and closes out the game with a lethal Finale of Devastation.
