Deck overview

This deck is an Izzet Spellslinger and Storm deck commanded by Vivi Ornitier. Vivi serves as both a primary win condition and an explosive mana engine. Every noncreature spell you cast places a +1/+1 counter on Vivi and pings each opponent for 1 damage, while Vivi's activated ability taps into that power to add a massive burst of {U} and {R} mana once each turn. The list combines low-cost cantrips, power-boosting spells, and token generators with high-impact finishers like Crackle with Power, Jaya's Immolating Inferno, and Elemental Eruption. Card draw engines such as Curiosity and Tandem Lookout turn Vivi's group-slug triggers into massive multi-card draws, fueling extended storm turns. The deck also carries an infinite combo between Niv-Mizzet, Parun and Curiosity to close out games on the spot.
