Deck overview

This deck is a mono-red storm and spellslinger build helmed by The Scarlet Witch. Her static ability discounts instants and sorceries with mana value 4 or greater by 2 colorless mana (her base power), effectively transforming clunky rummage spells like Big Score, Pirate's Pillage, and Unexpected Windfall into hyper-efficient two-mana ramp and card-flow engines. The deck leverages this discount alongside mana producers like Birgi, God of Storytelling and Runaway Steam-Kin to cycle through its library rapidly using wheels like Wheel of Fortune and Reforge the Soul. Win conditions center around stacking noncreature spell triggers via pingers like Guttersnipe, Fiery Inscription, and Coruscation Mage, or channeling huge mana pools from Mana Geyser and Jeska's Will into a lethal Crackle with Power. While it lacks stax and possesses narrow stack interaction, its high velocity and redundant burn threats enable explosive same-turn table finishes.
