Deck overview

This deck is a high-tempo Grixis aggro deck commanded by Goro-Goro and Satoru. The game plan revolves around casting low-cost creatures with haste, ninjutsu-like enters-this-turn triggers, and token generators that produce attacking creatures every turn. When these fresh attackers deal combat damage to players, the commander creates 5/5 red Dragon Spirit tokens with flying. The deck converts early evasive chip damage into a massive flying air force that quickly threatens all three opponents. Coastal piracy effects like Reconnaissance Mission and Gix, Yawgmoth Praetor keep the hand full of fresh threats, while damage amplifiers such as Dragon Tempest and Impact Tremors turn creature deployments into direct burn. A lean suite of countermagic, efficient spot removal, and mass bounce provides just enough disruption to protect key combat steps and secure victory through aerial supremacy.
