Deck overview

This is a four-color artifact combo-control deck. Its primary plan is to tutor into Urza, Lord High Artificer plus Dramatic Reversal, which taps a critical mass of artifacts for infinite blue mana; Urza's activated ability then finds Brain Freeze and wins with a stormed mill. The partner commanders are support pieces: Silas Renn recurs artifacts from the graveyard after combat, while Akiri, Line-Slinger threatens a first-strike commander-damage kill as artifacts pile up. A secondary token path uses Sai, Imotekh, and token generators with Glaring Fleshraker and Reckless Fireweaver to drain the table. Urza, Chief Artificer is a hidden backup engine in the 99 for value and beatdown.
