Deck overview

This deck is a synergistic mono-green +1/+1 counters strategy commanded by Tromell, Seymour's Butler. The game plan accelerates mana through efficient low-drop mana dorks and scaling ramp creatures such as Kami of Whispered Hopes and Gyre Sage. Once Tromell enters the battlefield, every subsequent nontoken creature enters with bonus counters, which Tromell multiplies each turn through repeated proliferate activations. The deck translates this explosive physical growth into card advantage via creature-scaling draw spells like Garruk's Uprising, Inspiring Call, and Rishkar's Expertise. Lethality arrives on Turns 5–6 through overwhelming combat steps empowered by trample enablers, counter multipliers like Kalonian Hydra and Branching Evolution, or mass overrun effects like Overwhelming Stampede. While proactive disruption and removal suites are thin, the deck protects its developing board with dense defensive spells like Heroic Intervention and Wrap in Vigor.
