BIG GREEN by user6328755

Format: Commander

Commander: Ghalta, Primal Hunger

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a mono-green "go tall" stompy deck helmed by Ghalta, Primal Hunger, built around one simple loop: flood the board with mana dorks and mid-size beaters, use their combined power to reduce Ghalta's cost to near nothing, then swing with a 12/12 trampler turn after turn. The deck leans heavily on +1/+1 counter synergies (The Earth Crystal, Defiler of Vigor, Level Up) to make its creatures even more threatening, and packs a handful of explosive finishers - Ezuri's Predation (one-sided board wipe plus a swarm of 4/4s), Majestic Genesis (cheat out permanents), and Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant (dump your hand). Primary wins are commander damage via Rogue's Passage or overwhelming trample damage across the table. It is a fair, creature-centric midrange deck with no infinite combos and no fast mana beyond Sol Ring and dorks.
